EYFS and KS1 Maths day

Today it was the turn for EYFS and KS1 to celebrate Maths Day!

The children enjoyed a range of activities from adding up points scored on skittles; timing each other in running races; using positional language for an arrangement of cubes; using directional language for moving a beebot; thinking about which numbers are higher or lower and a super Maths quiz! The children had a lovely day and were using their maths skills without even realising!
