Online Safety


National Online Safety work with hundreds of schools across the UK and have developed PDF guides aimed to empower parents, carers and trusted adults with the information they need to hold informed and age-appropriate conversations about online safety with their child, should they feel it is needed. Every Wednesday they produce free guides to focus on specific platforms/risks which they believe trusted adults should be aware of. Advice about computer games, Apps and online safety are only some of the areas covered.

A non-profit making organisation working directly with children, parents and teachers to ensure that the issues of online child protection and children’s safe and positive use of the internet are addressed. Childnet International produce an online CD guide specifically for parents KnowITAll -

The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre has set up its own edcational website which has been designed and written specifically for children, young people, teachers, parents and carers.
