A Mysterious Delivery in Year 2!

Our Year 2 classroom was filled with curiosity and excitement as the children arrived to discover a large, mysterious box waiting for them. The children eagerly brainstormed questions, wondering what could be inside and how it had arrived. After sharing their ideas, we finally opened the box to reveal something very unusual – a cloud! This magical moment introduced our new English unit based on Lizzy and the Cloud. Inspired by the story, the children explored the front cover, generating thoughtful questions and sharing their first impressions. It was a fantastic start to our learning, sparking imagination, discussion, and a love of storytelling.
