Ten Frame- Maths

In nursery, we have been having lots of fun learning about numbers. We have been learning to  use a ten frame. A ten frame is a simple grid with ten spaces. The children used objects like counters and toys to fill each space. This helps them to practise counting, match one object to each space, and begin to see how many they have. The children enjoyed placing several objects on the Ten frame and calling out their highest number.
