Year 3- Brochure writing

 The Barnabus Project

This week, the children have been publishing their own writing based on our class book The Barnabus Project. In this story, Barnabus is a “Failed Project” who lives in a secret underground lab beneath a shop called Perfect Pets. Unlike the “perfect” creatures sold upstairs, Barnabus and his friends are considered imperfect and face being recycled. With courage, teamwork, and a desire to be accepted for who they truly are, Barnabus leads a daring escape to the world above-showing that real perfection comes from being yourself.

 

The children have used this text as inspiration to create their own brochures advertising the Failed Projects and a new, imaginative pet shop. They have worked incredibly hard, and we are very proud of their creativity and effort.
