Ofsted Report

We are proud to share our latest Ofsted report, which highlights many of the strengths that make Flamstead End a special place to learn and grow. Inspectors described our school as “a warm and welcoming place,” where pupils “are proud to be part of the school community” and “feel safe and well cared for.”

They recognised that “leaders are ambitious for what all pupils can achieve” and praised the way our curriculum is “broad, balanced and carefully considered.” The report also notes that “pupils behave well,” and that there are “strong relationships between staff and pupils,” creating an environment where children are happy and supported to succeed.
