Year 6 Geography Walk

As part of our Year 6 geography topic, we will be carrying out a fieldwork walk in the local area on Wednesday 6^th  May in order to answer the question: How is our local area changing over time?

While out, children will be:

• Identifying different types of land use (e.g. residential, commercial, green space)
• Observing how the area is organised
• Recording what they notice through notes and sketch maps
