World Book Day Thursday 2nd March

Next Thursday marks this year's World Book Day. Your child will have received their book tokens from their teachers, so don't forget to take them out to choose their new book! A list of local retailers selling the World Book Day books is on the letter we sent home this week. 

We're looking forward to sharing all the favourite books the children bring in and don't forget we're having another book swap on Thursday. So if you have one or two good quality books at home which your child is no longer reading, send them in and they can swap them for new ones! 

As a reminder, we're inviting the children to come in to school dressed in comfy clothes, to represent and promote the pleasure of reading at home. Happy reading everyone!
